Customer Reply Email
I have created an Online Customer Form to take seminar registrations.
I also created an email template to confirm the registration that is automatically sent when the registration is submitted. I would like to set it up so that the email recipient can reply to this email confirmation with any changes or cancelations.
The problem is that when a reply is sent it is recieved by the system and saved with the customer record but I do not recieve any notification nor is it forwarded to me as usual.
Suggestions?
