E-mail template images not appearing

Hi There all

We are currently experiencing a problem with uploading an HTML file onto an e-mail marketing template. The image was saved as an HTML from a .pdf. It is a  merged newsletter containing many smaller images within it. When you go to view the newsletter once it is uploaded on netsuite it either starts to upload as a whole document and then just ends up as a blank screen with a little red cross at the top, or alternatively on occassion it loads the background and text etc of the newsletter but then all of the smaller images within it do
