Removing the employee code from the Sales Rep field on email templates

Hi,

I have an email template that we use to inform clients of a meetings we set up which automatically pull through the Sales Rep name (using the <NLSALESREP> field in the template.

However, when I merge the email template, the field is populated with the employee code (EMP001) followed by the sales rep name.  So what I'm getting is:

Hey, just a quick email to confirm your meeting on 23rd August with EMP001 Joe Bloggs.


What I'd like to have is:

>>
Hey, just a quick email to confirm your meeting on 23rd August with Joe Bloggs.
