Setting default email of transaction to "inline below"?

We send a fair amount of emails with the our message above the transaction details by choosing "include transaction" and then setting the type as "inline below". This ensures our customers will read our message and see the transaction.

Is there a way to set this as default IF someone checks off the include transaction box?
