Email to a group

Hello,

When sending an email I would like to copy a group of employees instead of having to select one by one, is this possible? I see that you can select a group, I have tested by creating a group under List -> Relationships -> Groups and included in a group 3 employees but it doesn't seem to work, only one of the employees received the e-mail.
