How to create Marketing Campaign email templates to Contacts with Customer data?
We have tried unsuccessfully for 3 days now to get Netsuite help on this question and need an answer soon to rollout a new Marketing email Campaign. We have enabled Marketing Automation and are tring to send a scheduled email to a Dynamic Group.
We want the emails to go to the Contacts listed for a Customer Record - so need Contact Name & email. But the template needs to contain data fields from the Customer Record - such as Customer ID, Sales Rep and some custom fields.
We have tried creating a Contact Group - and it prompts us to select "Customer Information" when inserting fields into the email template - but when we execute these fields are not picked up.
