Images in Emails
Hey Everyone,
I'm sure this has probably been covered before, but I figured I'd ask anyway and hopefully someone has an easy answer.
Our marketing manager wants to send out emails with images in them. I'm sure she's going to have to use templates, so I tested creating files with images in Word and then saving them as html and uploading to netsuite as templates. Unfortunately, the images do not load this way, you only get the red X. Can someone give me the step-by-step on how to do this? I'm hoping I wont have to teach HTML to our marketing person in order for them to use this as well, so avoiding complicated code would be wonderful.
