Customizing Email Messages with Sales Rep Contact Information
Hello-
Is there a CRMSDK tag that allows a Sales Rep to include their email address and cell phone sourced from their employee record? We are attempting to automate follow up sales emails to our prospects and have 30 sales reps and would love a dynamic signature at the end of the email to look something like:
Sincerely,
<NLSALESREP>
[COLOR="Navy"]<NLSALESREPMOBILEPHONE> ... this is a made up tag
<NLSALESREPEMAIL> ... this is a made up tag[/COLOR]
Is there any way to make these fields automated using a CRMSDK tag? The work around is creating 30 templates/30 saved searches/30 groups/attached to 30 campaigns ... I really would rather not do that plus it is not so scalable for the future.
