Can I get purchase location into an email?
I am creating a new marketing campaign template. We have multiple locations enabled in Netsuite.
The goal is to have it send an email that says something like...
"Thank you for purchasing your products from our NEW YORK location."
Where "NEW YORK" above is the location that was on the transaction. I don't see that location is a transaction field I can source from on the campaign email template. Does anyone have a solution? One workaround would be to create the same campaign for each location (via a saved group) and then have as many campaigns as there are locations. Over time though that would become unmanageable.
