Alias to messages.netsuite.com and cases.netsuite.com?
When we send emails from Netsuite, the "reply to" address domain is either messages.netsuite.com or cases.netsuite.com. Some of our customers are worried that these emails might be "spam" since they notice that the domain name in the from field (our company's domain) is not the same as the domain name in the reply to field. They have security concerns.
We could easily create a cname record in the DNS which points messages.ourcompany.com and cases.ourcompany.com to the appropriate Netsuite domain names or IP addresses. But is there a way for us to specify the alias in Netsuite so the reply to address is messages.ourcompany.com or cases.ourcompany.com?
