Merging from multiple entities or recording minor ammendments to letters

edited Nov 22, 2019 6:05PM in CRM

Hi,

We're trying to send out letters to customers that have bought our training services.  Each training service is created as an event in NS.  We want to send them a contract to sign and return, this obviously needs to reference the customer and the event.  We'd like to send this from a letter template in NS.

Now as far as I know NS can't merge from two entities - in this case customer and event - into the same document.  Has anyone found a way round this?

A workaround we'd thought of is to merge the letter from the customer record and ammend the event details manually.  However, there doesn't seem to be any way of doing this and having NS save the ammended letter.

Howdy, Stranger!
