Unsubscribe and Address footer options messed up

Anyone noticed that if you have either[LIST]
[*]Add Unsubscribe Link to Message Footer
OR
[*]Add Company Address to Message Footer[/LIST]checked that it will include BOTH of them in the email template?  This is a bug, I think I reported it a year ago or so.

I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed it or is experiencing it?
