E-Mail Campaign Execution time

Hi there,

Is there a way to send out e-mail campaigns at a time other than at the top of an hour?  When I try to change the time to say 12:34pm, it would just change back to 12:00pm automatically.... What's the reasoning behind forcing the send time to 0 minute of the hour?
