1736- different default email for confirmations depending on customers department
There is an enhancement request #1736
It will allow you to have one email for invoices confirmations, and different emails for Sales order confirmations. All of my customers have one department that wants order confirmations and another department that wants invoice confirmations. Right now, you can only default one address for all the confirmations.
If anyone knows of some way to do this now, I would love to hear it. The key is not having to manually type a different email address depending on what type of confirmation you are sending.
