Customized Naming of Merged Files?
Wondering if there is anyway to customize the naming of documents that have been merged from Customer or Transaction records. This would give our users the ability to easily find files after a merge.
For instance:
We use a PDF Merge template for sending quotes to our potential customers. I Would like to be able to name the document with something like
"<NLCOMPANYNAME> Contract Proposal.PDF"
For instance after merging the file, it would be named:
"ABC Corp. Contract Proposal.PDF"
I have tried to name insert the tag for comapany name into the subject on the PDF Merge form, but file was saved but it was saved as "<NLCOMPANYNAME> Contract Proposal.PDF"
