Attaching email to projects without using Outlook.

Hi everyone,

I have a ton of users on disparate systems, so Outlook is not an option.  Is there any existing way within the system to send/forward/cc/bcc an email into a project.

In our old system we would simply use a formatted project Id within the email, and then cc the system and it would append the contents of the email to the project via the formatted id.

If there is no way to do this with a built in mechanism, then I suppose it can be accomplished via the API though I would prefer not to have to do it this way.
