Support rep signatures in case emails

How can I include the support reps signature in the case emails?

I have tried the folowing but it does not work:

1. Go to Home> Set Preferences.

2. Go to the General Tab.

3. On the User Profile Box, make sure that Add Signature to Messages is Checked.
