Forward email sent from NS - HELP
I have a rep that sent an email out of Netsuite transactions to a customer/contact.
Rep needs to forward the existing email (to show proof this email was sent) therefore, needs the email intact. Rep did not copy self.
How can this be done?
I only see way to send NEW email, and in file cabinet, can only find attachments, not actual emails.
Can someone help me ASAP as customer is really annoyed...
