Email issues when responding to estimate email responses.

I have this problem that is driving me mad.
On our Customer records we put the main customer email address (lets call this email address A) so that we can send mass emails and statements to that customer.
This works fine.
The problem is if I generate an estimate and send to a customers other dept email address (email address it gets received fine by the intended recipient.
However, if that client responds to my Estimate email I receive the email fine but if I respond to that Estimate response it goes to email address A (Main email address on Customer Form) instead of the individual persons email address (address
