"Attach Document Template" field doesn't display when we press Email button

Hi,

For one customer only, when we press Email button > Attachment tab, "Attach Document Template" field doesn't display - how can I display it?

Note: we have id (auto generated) for all customers except this one - because it has other relationships in info tab.
