Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

E-mail Logging thru NS
Under Set Preference>User Profile one can set a nickname and a from e-mail address.
Normally, when one send transactions via NS such as a sales order, or a invoice etc. the tranaction can be e-mailed. Using the Above feature one can change the e-mail address that it comes from to effectively mask the send as well as the nick name which is the From field in an e-mail client.
In the past we took great strides to protect our sales peoples full names from gettting out. Being careful to protect their privacy. We accomplished this by setting up a default reply e-mail that would be the"from" e-mail whenever we sent a transaction such as an e-mail receipt, etc. When customer responded to that they would get and ECHO response and it would have a short message saying please don't contact us this way please call the following number and we can help you(hence the actual e-mail being do-not-reply@so and so.com).
