Global Footer in wrong position in Email marketing template

There is no setting to change the position of the Global Footer and you would assume it will always appear at the bottom of email template.

Somehow, my Global footer is showing up to the right, somewhere in the middle of my html newsletter. Not sure which CSS style is causing it. Shouldn't Netsuite Global footer be appended to the end of </html> ?
