Sending Emails and Letters on behalf of someone
Consider the scenario where a sales rep has an assistant that sends correspondence, letters, etc. that are merged from NetSuite. Now these templates make use of the <NLSIGNATURE> tag which works great when the rep sends them, but when the ASSISTANT sends them it pulls his/hers signature. Of course I understand why this is.
However I'm trying to find a workaround or way to pull in the rep's signature. I'm pretty confident there isn't anything out of the box as NetSuite STILL doesn't support joined merge tags but thought I'd ask here in case anyone has any ideas.
