Using CRMSDK tags in email templates
In my "Notify customer of update" template I have "NLCASEHISTORY" which gives the history of the case over and over. This makes it hard to follow for me and my customer.
I would like to know what tags to add to my "Notify customer of update" template to do the following:

Usual info about the case......
My most current reply
and
customer's most recent comment in case.
I have tried the following:
Current message from customer:
(Most Recent (Non-Internal) Message)
NLCASELASTMESSAGE
Reply from me:
(Most Recent Message (Internal or External)
NLCASELASTMESSAGEEMP
When I use these I get my reply in both places.
