Right now, when a sales order is created, netsuite sends an automated sales order confirmation email. If the customer replies to that email it goes to the email address of the person who CREATED the sales order. Not the sales rep assigned to the order....
Is there a way to make sales order confirmation email replies go to the email of the sales rep attached to the order *unless there is no sales rep assigned in which case it would default back to the email of the employee that created it*?
