Email Template: Link breaks in Firefox, < > to %3C and %3E
When I send an email from templates, the link within breaks. I have noticed that the < > change to %3C and %3E, and also that NetSuite doesn't save the & that are in the code. (but puts them back when I click the link in preview)
I tried the workaround described as copy/pasting to Notepad, saving as HTML, and uploading. This did nothing for me, and did not solve the problem.
Is anyone else having this problem? The only thing that I could tell is that the links don't break when sent from IE or chrome (anything other than firefox). Switching everyone over to a different internet application is not an option.
