CRMSDK tag for Long format Date

I'd like to add the current date in long format into a series of mail merge letter templates.

I've found the tag «NLCURRENTDATE», but this displays the date in the format "29/10/12".

What is the tag to display the date in the format "29 October 2012" ?

Also, does anyone know where I can download the full list of CRMSDK tags? The page https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8912/kw/CRMSDK%20tag says they can be downloaded from "the link on the letter template record", but it's not clear where this is or how to find it.
