Shipping confirmation email customization

Help!   It seems rather kindergarten that the rest of the world can put in a "linked" tracking number on a ship confirmation email, yet we cannot in Netsuite.
Does anyone have a work around for this?   I mean...  the ship or rather the fulfillment email that goes out in Netsuite has the tracking number on it,  but it is not linked to carrier.  Another words I should be able to click on it and it would take me to the URL of UPS let's say.

When I order from other companies I get this all the time.    I am told this is an enhancement.
