Pre Built clippings for customer emails

Has anyone found a good way to allow staff to use pre-built templates for replying to customers via Support Cases.

We use some of the 'Solutions' for this, but most of the time they need to edit the reply to add specific unique data into it - so we're really looking for a way to populate the reply with a pre-built text, which can then be edited as required.
