Sharing a Marketing Template that Cannot be Altered

I want to create templates that will be used by our team of sales reps. I want them to be able to access, modify, and send the email out to their lists in NS. However, I don't want them to be able to modify the original master template. I would like them to have to make a copy or Save As, and rename their own copy of the template. Does anyone know how to do this?
