Email Templates issue

We are having an issue with our email blasts. We have our email set up using HTML, and in the preview button it's all lined up very nicely and looks good. When we send the email out, it doesn't line up and the spacing is just off. Any suggestions or insight as to why this is happening?  We are using HTML tables
