Tracking email opens for non campaign emails
Due to the complexity of the data being used, one of our sales team members uses email templates to send out emails that are populated manually with the data to contacts on a monhtly basis. Currently, we use Salesforce, but will be transitioning over to NetSuite in the near future. In Salesforce, there is a report that can be generated that will show the status of the emails they send out which they use to follow up with those that haven't opened the email. My question is: does netsuite offer this information (open vs. non-opened) for emails that are not
