Email template and coding - Basic Issue

I'm looking to send out emails and mention the contact's "company name" to make it more personal. However, where the contact is a "lead" and has no company, I want it to read something different like "your company" instead of just a blank space.

Is there an IF statement or something I can use for this at all?
