Reporting on Read Receipts

Beyond going into each transactional record one by one, is there a way I'm missing to be able to report on Read Receipts? I can't see any way to pull them via Saved Search or otherwise.

I would like to be able to pull a Search showing transactions that do not have any messages containing a Read Receipt.
