Transactional Email Results in a Search?

Trying to build a search that shows me if our transactional emails are getting opened, clicked, bounced etc. It appears they only way to view these "campaign results" is through a campaign. But understanding if confirmation emails, general communication emails etc are getting through is important to our business.

Any thoughts out there on how to do this?
