Ability to filter available solutions/templates

Hi All,

   I currently having a client using the "Solutions" look-up in a case form for email templates. The agents will select  a "Solution" from the look-up, fill out the template and send the email to the customer. The problem is, the solutions look-up also displays other client-templates not related to the business the logged in user is working for. Would there be any way to limit what is available to the user in the solutions look-up, maybe by a "If solution code contains XX", or maybe even a small script applied to the form (would anyone be able to give
