Saved Searches & Groups - Emailing

I've been going crazy reading and watching videos trying to get my head around how to create the saved search I need so I can email a group.
I need to email the contacts of a particular sales rep (by county) to inform them that he is their new salesperson. I figured out how to do it for 1 county at a time but what I want to do is pull up 10 counties that a sales rep has and email them all at the same time.

In the search field, my criteria is Sales Rep and County. for example I need to see Ashland County for John B. No problem. But how to I see the 10 counties that John B has all in one search? There's no AND operator. It seems I can only search for 1 county at a time. Save that search and then move onto the next county.  Which would be fine if I could bring all those individual saved searches together into 1 group and then email that group. I am running into the same problem with setting up a new
