Editing System Email Templates
All,
I need to be able to remove the "Click here to update your case" from the bottom of the Reply Template (The template used when an agent replies to the customer email from a case). However, each time I try to save the modifications to a system template I get "Already Exists". If it is not possible to modify this template, how would I get the system to use a different template. I feel like this should be easy, but I'm having a hard time with it. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
