Signature when replying to customers in Case-records?
Rookie here, so all help would be amazing!
Trying to reply to clients via the Case-record's "built-in" message field {outgoingmessage} but cannot get the signature to work.
Clicking on the standard "email"-button it will automatically add my signature from my personal preferences but when I want to reply to a client using the "outgoing message" text-area I cannot get it grab my signature.
Tried the following tags but none seem to work as the message is not made from a scriptable templates!?...but the HTML tags should work though..no!?
