Bronto Problems
We recently moved from Mailchimp/Cazoomi to Bronto and have encountered these problems:
- Our people are being kicked out of Netsuite by Bronto when entering sales orders. Looking at the system notes it apparently it has to do with the sync processes.
- Data is missing. The sync seems to be incomplete.
I've tried to change the sych frequency but this doesn't help. I was told by Bronto to put it on minute intervals. Has anyone else had success or problems with Bronto. I love the features in Bronto but we need the sych to work.
