Import Templates with IE7

I have recently moved to IE7 and now when I choose one of the Import templates, the template opens within IE and not within excel/with choice to save it or open in Excel.

Does anyone know if this is an IE7 setting and how to change?

I have run NS via Mozilla and I get choice to save or open in Excel so must be IE setting.
