Illegal characters

Hi

I am also new to csv importing in Netsuite.  I have had the above error (as I am sure most have at some stage) and have narrowed at least the first of these down to my entry in the "Bill to City" field of a "Lead import".  I have entered "London" in this field and the above is returned.  When this field is left blank there are no problems.

Please dont tell me London doesnt exist!
