Error in item record import

I keep getting this error no mather what I change: Store Category is Products and under products whe have a cattegory Dispensers. In the csv file under Store Category I have
Products : Dispensers
and under Field Delimiter I have :

Errors in item record import:
Record 1: The storeCategoryRef element contains an invalid reference or the parent hierarchy is not complete. Please correct the file and import again. <storeCategoryRef> <name>Dispensers</name></storeCategoryRef>

Warning: Your CSV import file contained the following unsupported columns (these columns were not imported):
[Store Category].
