CSV Import Slow

I submitted a CSV Customer import with 1 only record.  It took 1 hr 34 mins to be processed from the Short Queue.  Wed Night 9:32pm PT-11:06pm PT.  Why so slow?  The CSV imports used to take no more than about 10-15 mins until the next cycle window occured.
