Join Custom record to Employee & Contact:Employee
We have some custom records which I have associated to both the owner(Employee) and also to the Contact: Employee
If I manually create these records it is possible to do this, but when I try to import I keep getting "invalid reference or the parent hierarchy is not complete" (for my "Contact Join" list field, which is a Contact list lookup)
I have tried importing it with the contact format as follows;
1. contact name
2. employee name
3. employee name : contact name
4. contact name : employee name
But all variations give same error, any hints?
It's weird, when I go to export my manually created records the format of my contact join field is identical as "owner" i.e. Employee, but it will not accept an import in that format
