NON supported CSV template Columns

Everyone,
I am a rookie at this forum, but I did take the time to read other posts on this subject and found no resolution to my problem.

We cannot import from the Netledger Item template the following.

Price Levels (Our column is Price Level : MSRP) imports success, but no price is entered.

Store Catergory(Unable to import more than one catergory, example PART : 2007<Not accepted> we can however import into one catergory ie Part) Also we receive an email saying the store catergory is not supported

Reorder Point (Not available)
Preferred Stock Level (Not Avaiable)

UPC (Not Supported) Very important since we have over 2000 items from this product line.
