CSV Response - What is this?

On the CSV Job Status screen their is a column titled "CSV Response".  If you click on the link IE does not know how to handle it and displays an error box....

Type: Unknown File Type
From: system.netsuite.com

Does anyone know how to view this file or if it is of any benefit??
