vcard conversion/importing

hello all,

i am a new netsuite user and i'm in the process of setting up and importing data. (with out phone support i might add.  perhaps i should get that)  at any rate, i use an apple computer and all of my contacts are in vcard format.  could someone please advise me of the best way to get these contacts into netsuite.
