Unique contact record names?
I'm running through a new import and have received the following error message when my import failed: "A contact record with this name already exists. Every contact record must have a unique name."
I am convinced that I have no duplicates of the actual contact name (i.e. first name, last name combination) as we do not have enough records in our database and I have searched against the values in a few of my "failed" records for any examples.
What may this problem be? I simply want to import these records from a legacy database. I will be doing this same exercise many times in the next few weeks and I need to be able to bring duplicates in anyway, to check their accuracy.
