How do I reference a Sales Rep on a Customer record during CSV Import?

I'm trying to assign the Sales Rep to Customer Records via a CSV Import.  I keep getting the following message...

Invalid salesrep reference key 1670.

I've tried using the Employee (SalesPersons) name, Employee e-mail address, Internal ID, External ID.

All get the same result.

How I am supposed to reference the Sales Rep, or said a different way - What is the Salesrep reference key???
